2012 highlights at Ezypay

2012 was a huge year for us at Ezypay.  Not only did we launch our membership management software iconnect360 in April we did everything we normally do.  We talked to lots of clients and customers, billed loads of accounts, wore some silly outfits and had some fun.

Personally we learnt important lessons in 2012 and we have compiled them into an ebook for you to read. Below are just a few from the ebook.

I was a total tool for not working here earlier.

As we have been down staffed the last couple of months, I’ve found pro-activeness to be important with keeping up to date with outstanding issues and problems. I have found that not being pro-active in this type of work really make things a lot harder for you in the long run catching up. So my favourite lesson for 2012 would be to be pro-active!

Daniel Iminjan, Customer Service Representative, Ezypay, says

I would have to say my favourite lesson learned in 2012 would be the benefits of healthy eating and exercise, and how it has a positive impact on both your mental and physical health, and other aspects in your life which may not immediately come to mind (such as your wallet!).

To listen to my body and not to push myself too hard, what will be, will be.
