It’s very important to us that we understand what we are doing well, what we are doing not so well and any other areas you think we should improve in. We go through all the feedback with a fine tooth comb. All of the management team reads the survey information and this is what we use to help us when we are doing our quarterly planning. It is very important for Ezypay that the client survey feedback forms part of our planning.
What ever you tell us we listen to. This year it came over loud and clear that you find the Ezypay service easy. It takes the pressure off you in having to talk to customers about collecting payments. It means you can have much better conversations with your customers than talking to them about money. That is what we can do for you! We also heard that you find our service itself easy, secure and safe. Glad to hear that too!
