We have been working hard to make your life even easier! How I hear you ask because you already love the way we do your debits so you don’t have to think about it. We have been working on creating a number of new features in your Ezypay Online account. We really hope these new features will help you save time in managing your direct debits.
The new features will be released late on Friday 21st of February 2014. So you will have received an email from us saying we will take the system down for a short period of time. Once it’s back up and you log in you will see some changes to your Ezypay online account. These changes are outlined in more detail below.
|1.||Date of Birth and Gender in customer’s profile
You will have the options to enter the customer’s date of birth and select their gender. These fields will definitely be useful for your marketing analysis.
|2.||Mark customer’s debit as paid
What if the customer has paid cash for the upcoming debit? Instead of removing the debit in Ezypay Online, you will be able to mark it as paid. This way, you’re provided with a better and more accurate way to manage customer’s billing.
|3.||Refund customer’s paid debits
You will be able to perform a full debit refund to your customer via Ezypay Online without the hassle of going through our Customer Service.
Note: Since the customer will be refunded the full amount, any customer paid fees, such as customer paid commission fee, will be reallocated to your business.
|4.||Restart customer’s billing
If the customer’s billing has ended, either automatically or manually, you will be able to reactivate their billing account instead of adding them as a new customer again. This way, you won’t have double records of the same person in the system.
|5.||User roles and permissions
You will have the ability to create different user roles for the various staff in your business. For example, you can grant the receptionist the lowest level of permissions whereby they can only change some of the billing information for customers but unable to create payment plans.
Note: All existing users will automatically be given the highest level of access. You can modify each of your user’s roles once the feature is released on Friday.
|6.||Bulk import of customers’ records
Do you have customers that are having direct debits on another system? Now you can easily transfer them to Ezypay using this function. You may want to inform your customers that you have changed your direct debit billing provider to Ezypay.
|7.||Notification when customer signed up online
How would you know that a new customer has signed up online? Here’s how communication is made easier. If you enter an email address in the online signup notification email setting, then an email will immediately be sent to that address each time a new customer has signed up online.
