Payment excellence since 1996

Before founding Ezypay in 1996, George Holman owned Vital Fitness Club in Sydney. Seeking to expand his business and attract new members, he introduced a monthly membership option – which diverged from the conventional 3, 6, or 12-month plans. Despite the requirement for members to make payments in person, George's new monthly subscription plan gained popularity.  

George began to recognise the necessity of automating these payments, which led to him developing a propitiatory membership management system. This innovation propelled Vital to become one of Australia's most successful fitness clubs, earning George invitations to industry conventions to share his strategy. Inspired by America's established fitness industry during an overseas trip, George returned to start Australia's first direct debit company - Ezypay.
