Amid the uncertainty across the globe caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, we’d like to reassure our customers that Ezypay’s processes have not been impacted and our service will continue as normal.

Ezypay has instituted its Business Continuity Plan and our Australian, New Zealand and Malaysian team members have successfully transitioned to a remote working environment. Our investment in cloud-based technology means there is no impact to the service that we deliver to our customers and your business can continue to collect payments as usual.

We understand that this is a challenging time for all businesses. A subscription-based model is important for protecting cashflow, so please get in touch with our team to ensure you are getting the most out of the Ezypay service.

Please also reach out to our team if you are considering any major changes to your billing arrangements (suspensions, modifications or cancellations) as we can provide guidance as to the best way to manage this. Even if you have to shut your doors, we are still working with many of our clients on strategies to continue generating some level of revenue.
