Enable pre-debit notifcations to allow Ezypay to automatically send an SMS to your customers three business days before a scheduled debit reminding them of their upcoming payment. Choose who you would like to pay the SMS charge. You will receive a confirmation of your request via email and a member of our Support team will confirm when your settings have been updated.
To check if you already have pre-debit notifications enabled, get in touch with our Customer Support Team who can assist you.
NOTE: -This form should be completed by the business owner of your Ezypay account.
-Please inform all customers that you are enabling this feature to ensure they are aware of the text messages and who will be charged the fee (the customer or your business).
-If you previously had pre-debit notifications enabled on your account, ALL active customers will be re-enrolled once this feature is enabled.
